Do you ship worldwide?

Do you offer additional titles or translations?

The Grail Message Foundation (Stiftung Gralsbotschaft) offers publications in over 20 languages. Here in the US, we have a number of foreign language titles in stock – view them HERE. You can also browse the full catalog of available titles and translations at the Grail Message Foundation’s International Shop, which is based in Germany and ships worldwide.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders ship within 2–3 days of being placed. The delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method you selected. Orders shipped within the Continental US usually arrive within 1 week. Canadian orders often take from 7–10 days. Delivery times for international orders can vary greatly (1–6 weeks, depending on location); for more information, please contact us.

What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping fees are automatically calculated on your checkout page — you can then review your order total before completing your purchase. The cost is determined by the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method you select. There is of course no shipping charge for digital downloads :)

Does my order have a tracking number?

No tracking information is provided for USPS orders. For orders shipped through UPS, tracking information will be sent by email when your order ships. 

How do I download my eBook or Audiobook?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your files. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes. Also, at any time you can log into My Downloadable Products to download your purchases. If this does not work, please contact us.

How do I read my eBook?

All of our eBook titles include DRM-free ePub and Mobi file formats, so you can read your purchased eBooks on the digital device of your choice. Our “About eBooks” page explains how to install your eBook on several popular platforms.

How do I listen to my Audiobook?

Our audiobooks are available either on physical CD or M4B-download – please check the item description before ordering. M4B audiobook files can be played on any standard audio player, such as VLC (available for Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS), or on mobile devices using the “Bookplayer” app. Please note: If you want to listen to M4B files on iOS devices in the “Books” app, you must add them to iTunes via a desktop device and sync them with your iOS device through iTunes.

Do you have a return policy?

We want you to be happy with your book(s). If you're dissatisfied for any reason, send us an email, and we'll try to resolve your issue or return/refund your purchase.
